## What Rivvi does

- **Inbound**: Answers every call day or night — appointments, refills, results questions, insurance, "should I come in" — handles what it can and routes anything clinical or urgent to a human. No phone tree, no voicemail backlog.
- **Outbound**: Runs programs that work a patient list — wellness visits, overdue screenings, medication adherence, refills, recalls, post-discharge follow-up — as real conversations over voice and text, inside TCPA rules, with opt-out honored on every path.
- **Web**: A web-chat widget that answers questions in the practice's voice, qualifies visitors, captures consent, and hands the front desk a ready-to-book lead.
- **Connect**: Reads and writes HubSpot, Salesforce, Power BI, and Microsoft Teams using the organization's own credentials, and integrates with referral networks like LeadingReach.
- **Memory**: Organization-level memory keeps routing, programs, and preferences consistent across every agent and channel; person-level memory keeps continuity from one conversation to the next.
